Yateleys Community Office administers the provision of first aid courses for registered childcare providers. It is a free course for Hampshire-based providers and funded by Hampshire County Council’s Early Education and Childcare Unit and run by BJR Training. We currently provide courses in Yateley, Aldershot, Alton, Bordon and Petersfield.

This is a required course for all carers registered under the Children’s Act 1989. It will enable providers working with 0 to 14 year-olds to confidently manage incidents and administer first aid including choking, resuscitation, control of bleeding, burns and scalds, allergies and eye injuries.

This is a 12 hour course run over 4 evenings or 2 Saturdays,and must be completed in full to qualify. An application form can be obtained from the latest edition of the Horizons brochure or downloaded from www.bjrtraining.com or in the download folder below.
