BODYBALANCE is the yoga, Tai Chi, Pilates workout that builds flexibility and strength and leaves you feeling centered and calm. Controlled breathing, concentration and a carefully structured series of stretches, moves and poses to music create a holistic workout that brings the body into a state of harmony and balance. Like all the LES MILLS programs, a new BODYBALANCE class is released every three months with new music and choreography.

Our beginners Pilates is aimed at those who are new to Pilates and will teach you the basic principles. Both Pilates classes focuses on building your body’s core strength (back, abdominal and pelvic muscles) and improving your posture through a series of low repetition low impact stretching and conditioning exercises. Through Pilates, you will be able to develop these muscles without adding bulk and at the same time toning your stomach and thigh muscles. It also helps your mind and body to work in harmony.

This class is aimed at those who have gained the basic knowledge of Pilates and its principles. In Pure Stretch we stretch in many different ways to add variety to the class and always have great fun creating new ideas.  We cater for everyone, all abilities and attitudes to exercise, and one of the key points to the class is to get everyone moving.  Mobilise with movement and then stretch – nothing uncomfortable, no flinching, no shaking, no holding your breath but most definitely smiling.

Hatha yoga, targeting a specific area or movement of the body in either a “Strength”, “Breath” or “Flow” style. Classes are taught from the aspect of a beginner with plenty of opportunity for more advanced practitioners to challenge themselves.
