Available Classes:
BODYBALANCE is the yoga, Tai Chi, Pilates workout that builds flexibility and strength and leaves you feeling centered and calm. Controlled breathing, concentration and a carefully structured series of stretches, moves and poses to music create a holistic workout that brings the body into a state of harmony and balance. Like all the LES MILLS programs, a new BODYBALANCE class is released every three months with new music and choreography.

This class is aimed at those who have gained the basic knowledge of Pilates and its principles. Pilates focuses on building your body’s core strength (back, abdominal and pelvic muscles) and improving your posture through a series of low repetition low impact stretching and conditioning exercises. Through Pilates, you will be able to develop these muscles without adding bulk and at the same time toning your stomach and thigh muscles. It also helps your mind and body to work in harmony.

Hatha yoga, targeting a specific area or movement of the body in either a “Strength”, “Breath” or “Flow” style. Classes are taught from the aspect of a beginner with plenty of opportunity for more advanced practitioners to challenge themselves.
