Led by a trained instructor, you can expect a full-body workout that combines cardio and strength-training exercises. And you don’t need to be a strong swimmer: you’ll always be able to reach the pool floor as you jump, kick, and lunge your way through a class.

Circuit training is an excellent way to improve mobility, strength and stamina. The circuit training comprises of 6 to 10 strength exercises that are completed one exercise after another. The exercises within each circuit are separated by a short rest period, and each circuit is separated by a longer rest period.

An easy to follow fast paced training session, working through the natural planes of the body. This intense workout with low impact options will certainly test your stamina and encourage your metabolism to speed up 24-48 hours thereafter.

This class is a form of high intensity interval training where you work hard for only 20 seconds followed by 10 seconds rest. There are 8 rounds (4 mins) of 2 exercises then we change them. It’s also not all cardio there is strength involved too.
