Ab Attack consists of 35 minute intense abdominal workout to strengthen your core and abdominal muscles and is then folllowed by a 10 minute deep stretch. A fabtastic class for wash board stomachs in the making!

Build your strength, lose weight and improve your fitness with bootcamp.  Packed with fun and energising group exercises outdoors, this class is sure to motivate and help you achieve your goal.  Activities include boxing, weights, resistance bands, tyres, circuits, running, dynamic stretching and much more.  Give yourself a challenge and push yourself by coming to Bootcamp!

A fantastically fun exercise class based on boxing training principles. It is a pad focused workout incorporating some old school style boxing training, creating a highly effective fitness class suitable for literally everybody.  The various exercises ensure you burn lots of bodyfat, tone up literally every muscle in your body in record time and all while having a great time.

Circuit training is an excellent way to improve mobility, strength and stamina. The circuit training comprises of 6 to 10 strength exercises that are completed one exercise after another. The exercises within each circuit are separated by a short rest period, and each circuit is separated by a longer rest period.

This strength based circuits class is designed to build muscular strength, endurance and make your body lean. Based mainly around weights, with the inclusion of some cardio, this station based class will push you to the limit, make you fitter, stronger and more powerful than ever!

Total Tone is a great weight and fat loss class designed to exercise your whole body at once. If you are wanting to cut weight and tone up, especially around your waist, tummy bum and legs this is the perfect class for you! If you’re looking for maximum ab definition, there are a few key exercises that you should include in your workouts. These are all included in this group fitness class.
