There is nothing more challenging and rewarding than working out with friends. BODYPUMP™ the original LES MILLS™ group barbell class, will sculpt, tone and strengthen your entire body fast! BODYPUMP™ is a one-hour long fitness class that challenges all of your major muscle groups while you squat, press, lift and curl. Focusing on low weight loads and high repetition movements, you’ll burn fat, gain strength and quickly produce lean body muscle conditioning. Not just for the boys, the girls love it too!

An easy to follow fast paced training session, working through the natural planes of the body. This intense workout with low impact options will certainly test your stamina and encourage your metabolism to speed up 24-48 hours thereafter.

Legs Bums and Tums targets the common problem areas, incorporating a mixture of abdominal workouts, lunges, stretches and exercises for the legs, thigh’s, buttocks and stomach. A conditioning class focusing on re-shaping the lower body. This is a low impact class, with an element of cardiovascular work and suitable for all levels of fitness.

This strength based circuits class is designed to build muscular strength, endurance and make your body lean. Based mainly around weights, with the inclusion of some cardio, this station based class will push you to the limit, make you fitter, stronger and more powerful than ever!
